چکیده
study of genetic relationships is a prerequisite for plant breeding activities as well as for conservation of genetic resources. since the hybrid canola have more yield than inbred lines, determine the genetic diversity of this have particular importance. in the present study, genetic diversity among 36 genotype of brassica sp. were determined using inter simple sequence repeat (issr) markers. thirteen selected primers produced 267 discernible bands, with 257 (96.38%) being polymorphic, indicating considerable genetic diversity among genotypes. average pic and mi of all primers were 0.34 and 6.48, respectively . the results showed that average of marker index including nei’s gene diversity, shannon’s information index, the effective number of alleles were 0.34, 0.51, 1.58 respectively in genotypes of brassica. based on an un-weighted pair-group method using arithmetic average (upgma) clustering algorithm, three distinct groups were established. genetic diversity shown by the marker issr, indicates that these markers can be used to identify differences between species and within species, in studies of phylogenetic. in order to evaluate the relationships and genetic structure of genotype canola using morphological characteristics is proposed .

Assessment of genetic diversity among sunflower genotypes using microsatellite markers
Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...

Evaluation of relationships is of prime importance in any breeding studies. In current research, genetic diversity among different rapeseed genotypes from several geographical origins including Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Iran, and Somegenotypesof unknown origin, were evaluated by RAPD and ISSR markers. All of the generated bands using 12 RAPDs and 15 ISSRs...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity of Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Genotypes Using RAPD and ISSR Molecular Markers
The importance of grain cultivation especially wheat is obvious in terms of providing human and animal food and its impact on the economy of human societies. The reduction of genetic diversity in cultivars prevents increasing yields in line with rising demand and consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the compatibility of them and increase their genetic extent. In the current, the g...

The common fig (Ficus carica L.), one of the most important fruit species, belongs to Moraceae family and is widely distributed in Iran. In this study, genetic variations among some genotypes of common fig collected from six different regions of Ilam province (Iran) were evaluated based on RAPD and ISSR markers. A total of 73 and 29 alleles were produced by 14 RAPD (with their sizes ranging fro...

Turnip (Brassica rapa var. rapa) is one of the main vegetables consumed by people living in Eastern Anatolia in Turkey. In this region, farmers obtain their own seeds for production, which results in considerable morphological variability. We examined the genetic variation and relationships among 11 turnip genotypes sampled from diverse environments of the Erzurum region located in Eastern Anat...
